Flying dragonflies are the motif of this beautiful pink and yellow doormat.

The doormat image comes from the "Insectes" collection of illustrations in the archives of the Victoria and Albert Museum, illustrated by the French entomologist and artist Emile-Allain Séguy (1890-1985).

The handmade doormat is responsibly produced in the state of Kerala, India. The surface material of the doormat is coconut fiber. Coconut fiber is obtained from the shell of the coconut and is a compostable natural material. Only environmentally friendly dyes are used in the dyeing of the doormat.
The underside of the doormat is plastic.
