You have the right to cancel your online store order within 14 days of receiving the products, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Returned products must be returned within 14 days of making the cancellation notification.
Exercising the right of cancellation
You can exercise your right of cancellation by:

bringing the products to be returned to the store within 14 days, or

making a return notification within 14 days of receiving the products.
Return notification
Logging into your customer account is easy and does not require registration. You log in with a one-time password that will be sent to the email address you provided during the order process.
In your customer account, you can see your orders and their status. You can choose whether to return the entire order or only a part of the products.
After you make a return notification, we will review it and confirm the return instructions via email.
Returning products
1. Order delivery method: Pick-up from store
If your order's delivery method was pick-up, the products must be returned to the store. Store address and opening hours

For online store orders, the cost of return is the responsibility of the customer. You can choose the return method that suits your situation:

You can return the products directly to our store. Store address and opening hours
With Posti's return code
You can use Posti's return code, in which case we will pay the shipping cost of the return shipment on your behalf. In this option, original shipping costs are not reimbursed.
With your chosen delivery service
You can send the products back via your chosen delivery service (e.g., PostNord) and pay the return costs yourself at the time of shipment.
We will credit the returned products according to our terms once the return has been received and inspected.
When returning products by mail, pack them very carefully.
3. Order delivery method: Door-to-door delivery
After making a return notification, you will receive more detailed return instructions by email. We want to make returns as smooth as possible.
For online store orders, the cost of return is the responsibility of the customer. You can choose the return method that suits your situation:
Return to store or our pick-up warehouse
We will agree on the return location with you.
We arrange transport
We can help arrange return transport and cover the transport cost. In this option, original shipping costs are not reimbursed.
You arrange transport yourself
You can arrange the return transport yourself via your chosen delivery service and cover the costs.
Reimbursement of delivery costs
If you return the entire order, we will reimburse the delivery fee you paid at the time of order.
If you return only a part of the order, the reimbursement of delivery costs will be determined based on what delivery fee would have been charged for the products you do not return. The difference in delivery fees will be reimbursed with the return.
We will reimburse the returned products once the return has been received and inspected.
Unclaimed orders
If a shipment is returned to us as unclaimed and you have not notified us of exercising your right of cancellation within the specified period, we reserve the right to charge a handling and shipping fee of €15. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
Products excluded from the right of return
The right of cancellation or return does not apply to custom-made or tailor-made products manufactured or modified according to individual needs. The right of cancellation also does not apply to food products, soaps, moisturizers or other hygiene products, or goods delivered sealed where the seal has been broken. Bedding is considered a hygiene product and must be returned in unopened, original packaging.
