This unique wardrobe or cupboard comes from the island of Java, Indonesia. Our partner has restored this teak cabinet and it is estimated to be 40-50 years old.
The cabinet has a beautiful decorative panel, which also has storage space behind it. The cabinet is delivered assembled.

The origin of Vintage by Sasu's products
We have been working with Shreya Furniture from Indonesia for over ten years. The core of their business is finding old items in local rural buy-and-sell shops, which to Westerners often resemble junkyards, and renovating the items they find there. With the help of Shreya Furniture, we also occasionally have products other than old items for sale.

Our vintage products have a real touch of craftsmanship. First, someone has made the product by hand and then years later, the product has been restored by hand.
There is rarely more than one vintage item, making these treasures true collectors' items.
