The high-quality ceramic mechanism operates by turning clockwise and is suitable for black pepper and dry salt with crystals as hard and even as possible, and a maximum grain size of 4 mm. We recommend mill or rock salt. The grinding coarseness is easy to adjust from the top knob – the tighter the knob is turned, the finer the result.
