The high-quality ceramic mechanism grinds by turning clockwise and is suitable for black pepper and dry, hard, even-grained, dry salt with a maximum grain size of 4 mm. We recommend mill or rock salt. The grinding coarseness is easy to adjust with the knob on top – the tighter the knob is turned, the finer the result.
The manufacturer grants a lifetime warranty for the mechanism under normal domestic use.
