The duck, handcrafted from teak wood, is a lovely "garden gnome" for the yard and a decorative item for indoors.
This duck comes from an Indonesian village that specializes in making wooden ducks.
The ducks have slightly different head positions and their coloring also varies, so each handmade duck is unique.
The duck is 13 cm wide, 12 cm deep and 29 cm high.
If the duck is kept outside and is not protected with wood oil, it will turn grey over time. Since teak is a tropical wood, small cracks may appear in the wood that change with the seasons.

Our Indonesian partner Shreya Furniture is a second-generation family business. The founder of the company, Michael, was originally from Australia and he came up with the idea of finding, restoring and selling old items outside of Indonesia. Michael's daughter continues in her father's footsteps and not only finds treasures from Indonesian buying and selling shops, but also other interior design items such as pots, decorative items, etc. for us and her other customers.
