An East Javanese handcrafted blue room divider from the island of Madura, made of teak wood.
This magnificent screen, estimated to be 60-80 years old, is decorated with beautiful floral and leaf carvings. They carry the symbolism of life, continuity and fertility, bringing harmony and happiness to the inhabitants of the house. This room divider is locally called either "sketsel" or "rono".
The total width of the screen is 185 cm. The depth of the leg is 25 cm. The height of the screen, measured from the highest point, is 169 cm.
