Teak window shutters from Indonesia found in Purwodadi, Java, are estimated to be 70-90 years old. These unique windows are designed for tropical climates, allowing fresh air to flow in between the slats without having to open the window. The perfect addition to your home decor if you value history and practicality!
Our customers have used shutters not only as decoration but also as a cover door for electrical cabinets.
The shutter frame is blue and the slats are yellow.
The height of the shutter is 100 cm, the width is 35 cm and the depth is 5 cm measured at the grille. The shutters are sold individually. The difference between A and B shutters is mainly in the color.
These shutters are from Indonesia, found, restored and photographed for us by our local partner.

Our Indonesian partner Shreya Furniture is a second-generation family business. The founder of the company, Michael, was originally from Australia and he had the idea to start finding, restoring and selling old items outside of Indonesia. Michael's daughter continues in her father's footsteps and finds treasures for us and her other customers in Indonesian buying and selling shops.
Old doors, wood trim and shutters have been preserved from demolished old houses. Teak doors, wood trim and shutters are suitable for DIY projects both inside and out.
