Product description
A hand-carved wooden ornament, salvaged from a demolished house, adorns this unique coffee table. The wooden ornament was likely placed in front of an air vent of the house, and it has been repurposed by building the coffee table's frame around it.
The teak wood coffee table can safely be used outdoors, but due to the glass top, we recommend keeping it sheltered from the rain.
The coffee table is pictured without the glass, which will be delivered with the table. If desired, the table can also be used without the glass.
Vintage by Sasu's furniture pieces are genuinely old furniture, typically from the island of Central Java, Indonesia. Our partner travels around local antique and second-hand shops searching for furniture that is in good enough condition or can be restored. The furniture typically ranges from 50 to 70 years old.

Our Indonesian partner Shreya Furniture is a second-generation family business. The founder of the company, Michael, was originally from Australia and he had the idea to start finding, restoring and selling old items outside of Indonesia. Michael's daughter continues in her father's footsteps and finds treasures for us and her other customers in Indonesian buying and selling shops.
Old doors, wood trim and shutters have been preserved from demolished old houses. Teak doors, wood trim and shutters are suitable for DIY projects both inside and out.
